Before one month i was playing kabbadi at that time my left leg joint ha some pain after playing kabbadi while sitting down or else playing games the pain is increasing

Hello! Dear i am professional ballet dancer at the National ballet theater of Mongolia. Actually I have been pain in my feet for 3 days. But I was still dancing. Then I felt too much hurt while i was walking and dancing.. Now I am taking rest for 2 weeks. Actually i want to know what happened in my feet, why i feel hurt in my feet? When I can dance? I am 25 yrs old boy. Had an ankle twist on my left leg. My complete body weight got into my left leg. I didn't show to any doctor I just had a crepe bandage and the pain got vanished in a week. And now when I try to do yoga when I sit in Vajrasanna position I feel some difficulties on my left ankle and also when I rotate my ankle. My right ankle can be rotated freely but not the left one. Now I am scared that will this be a major problem in future will this affect my walking style? Please help.

Hi, I got my ankles twisted which lead to 5th metatarsal base fracture. My doctor had put a fiberglass cast and asked me to keep it for 6 weeks. It's been 18 days now, I dont have any pain at all since a week. Can I get my cast removed?
