There is a cracking or clicking sound in my wrist when i move my thumb upward and downward so plz tell me the solution of this i shall be thankful to the doctor

Hi..A week ago i consulted a doctor for vitamin d deficiency (4.69)..now i feel good.. I don't have much body pain..but now i am getting alot pain in my right hand..from finger to elbow... it's intolerable.. it's different pain.. it's not like body pain which i used to have...and such pains in both hands are occurring since i had got jaundice when i was 14...now this right hand pain is probably 4th time in my life..
