Back pain in my mid section.
Hi. I fell on the ice flat on my back a few weeks ago. I blacked out for a moment. Last several days I have lower right side back pain. It runs straight to my middle section of my back. When I get up. It feels like something is pulling on my lower muscles. Pressure on my spine. I have taken over the counter meds. Not much help.

Hi.., it seems there is certainly some structural damage to your spine. My advice is to show some orthopedic spine consultant , get some investigations done . Proper medication , REST, n physiotherapy will work surely...

You need further evaluation. Consult orthopaedic doctor. If it is only mechanical back pain- usually settles with physio. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
