Bone & Muscle problems

Hi my wife seems to be having a lower back pain affecting her right leg mobility, She says the pain starts from the feet up to her lower back. I can see a slight bulge, we are worried if it's a serious condition, she is unable to sleep sit walk or do anything when she is in pain. Please advise which specialist should I reach out to or what maybe the cause.

I had ankle sprain 2 years ago while jumping, and there was nothing wrong with the bones in X-RAY but my ankle is still hurting when I walk more than 2 km and I am unable to run as before, and this pain is stagnant for around one and half years. Also I have done MRI of my ankle, a few days ago, in which the report says that "SLIGHT HYPERSENSITIVITY SUGGESTIVE OF MARROW EDEMA IS SEEN IN THE ANTERIOR PROCESS OF CALCANEUM ". IMPRESSION:- SLIGHT MARROW EDEMA IN ANTERIOR PROCESS OF CALCANEUM.
