1: Pain in knee when change positions (sit/stand/stairs/cycling) ... 2: no pain during walking ... 3: always feel hotness in knees

My ankle had fractured on 6 september,2017. When I sprinted today (16 march, 2018), my ankle started paining hardly. Is my ankle not okay yet?

Surgery done on 28th jan 18 and let me know when I will recovered from that and is it possible that in June end I can join Amarnath yatra.

I have psoriasis since last 6 years. I used medicines first and stopped after that. Last winter it flared up all over body and on scalp also. Then I developed pains in neck, shoulder, ankles. The pain is severe in the morning when I get up. I visited orthopedician and he suggested MRI for cervical spine and shoulder but both are not showing any abnormality except mild AC joint hypertrophy. Did I developed condition of Psoriatic arthritis? Whom should I consult dermatologist or rheumotologist?

Hey Doctors..I am being recovering from my ankle fracture surgery (the lateral malloelus fracture) since last two months of my surgery.. I have to ask can I now use the Accupressure mat as a daily routine or application by standing over the Accupressure mat??? Is it recommended for me after 2 months of ankle fracture recovery??
