Hi sir I have flatfeet because flatfeet i am limping and walking? Id i do sugery they will be no limping

How long does it take to cure Wrist triangular fibrocartilage complex injury ? I sprained it while lifting weights and its been almost 4 weeks I stopped lifting weights. Any advise please ?

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis from many years neck pain and also from lumbar pain. But from sometime I am feeling the chest pain can u suggest me why the chest pain occurs what is the cause ? Should chest pain occur from cervical prblm and plz suggest what should we do??? Thank u

My right leg knee hurt when I stand after 10-20 minutes.It becomes hard to stand or put weight on it while standing but after few minutes or I stretch my leg, pain go away but some tingling sensation of pain remains. I also have ulcerative colitis since 2015 end. Could it may cause some problems like that.

Can a low grade partial ACL tear heal itself with physiotherapy without compromising my daily routine and games. Is it safe for my future or in further future I have to face problem without surgery. Is surgery a best option or PT for this case as I don't want any kind of inconvenience in my daily routine in my future .Can I live a normal life without surgery.
