Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, Due to minor bike accident, i fell down with bike under me and left leg came under pressure of bike weight, and got swell at toe and leg joint. Due to this, I am unable to walk as putting my weight on leg causing deep pain. I am putting ice pack temporarily. Please suggest what to to be done to fix issue permanently.

Who should I consult for shoulder back and arm pain.. I am suffering with this for almost a month now.

INVESTIGATION  : 3D CT SCAN OF LEFT HIP JOINT WITH FEMUR THIN AXIAL AND REFORMATED SAGITTAL, CORONAL AND 3D IMAGES THROUGH LEFT HIP JOINT HAVE BEEN OBTAINED, FOCUSSING NECK & INTER-TROCHANTERIC REGION OF LEFT FEMUR.  There is evidence of well defined sclerotic area with adjacent periosteal reaction noted along anteromedial cortex of proximal shaft of femur adjacent to lessere trochanter.  Well defind lytic lesion of size 7 mm x 7 mm is noted in medial cortex of neck just aove the above mentiones area. Moderate left  hip joint effusion is noted. Well defined eophytic c bony area is noted along posteromedial aspect of lower shaft of left femur , measures about 22 mm x 8 mm.   Articular margins and joint space of left hip joint appear normal.  No evidence of bone erosion or subchondral sclerosis.  Surrounding soft tissue structures and inter-muscular planes appear normal.  No evidence of soft tissue calcification, mass lesion or collection.  Right hip joint is unremarka

I have a lump on the back of my wrist causesshooting pain down thumb and little finger developed a couple of months ago but getting progressively worse to a point now that it is impacting daily routines, unable to put any pressure on the palm of my hand and am now developing the same problems on my other wrist but no lump is visible.

Hello i am having body aches for past 2 months and my vitamin d levels were 8ng/ml. I am already taking weekly supplements for that and i have read on internet that stress causes fibromyalgia i was also under lot of stress from past 4 months so i have a fear of developing it. I have shown to multiple doctors and they are saying these are just vague pains. What should i do now i am feeling depression

Hi.. I had fallen down couple of days back and the rib bone under my left breast is paining since then.. pain is more when I stretch, bend down, or get up.. and also when I touch that bone. Which specialist I shd consult with.

There is pain and swelling in fingers. Fingers have become red. 2 -3 fingers in each hand. Cannot mould fingers.
