What is the difference between diclofenac sodium and diclofenac diethylamine? Thank you

My new born baby facing the above problem. As we already consulted neurologist, they suggest us to do surgery once the baby grown more than a year. Here, my question is, i understood the problem but post surgery is what are the chances of recovery, and the problem may not perceipt again. Because he is just an 2 month old baby. I don't want to see him struggling with spinal problem in future. Please suggest us what to do on this problem?

For the past couple of days I’ve experienced a bruise-like pain (without visable bruises) in both my forearms, in nearly identical locations. The left arm pain is more prominent than the right. I felt that one first and it’s more so sensitive to the touch but can hurt with some arm movements. The right is just sensitive to touch. I do see a possible small bug bite/sting near the area on my left arm, but it could also be a “sweat pimple”. Now I’m feeling the same pain on my left leg shin...?

Had metal plate and 11 pins placed in lower leg I was able to tolerate pain with Tylenol 3 until 2, weeks ago now pain in my leg is excruciating

Suffering from knee joint pain while climbing steps, lifting some wights. Can you prescribe or suggest me any knee caps or knee brace to me to support knee joints. So that i can get relief from pain.

I've pectus excavatum and i have consulted a doctor.. he said its a mild one and no need to worry. I would like to go to gym. I would like to know that does going to gym pectus excavatum worse?

Actually on the day before yesterday i had a small accident. Small injuries occurred. But now the wound in the right hand got swollen up ...although i m able to move it.

I suffer from left chest pain accompanied by back and arm pain from past few years. It is of various types. Sonetimes it is pin pain while sonetimes it is nerve pulling pain. Sonetimes it is heaviness and pushing feeling in middle of the chest. There is also pain below left breast bone. It is very irritating. Tests says everything is fine. Please advice.
