Bone & Muscle problems

I'm 21 and have been experiencing severe back pain along with other varieties of pain daily for a long time. I went to the doctors (again) today as my neck and shoulders were in agony. They told me that I am hyperflexible and gave me some weak painkillers,. They didn't tell me much about this, I was wondering if it is the same thing as hypermobility syndrome? It is so painful that it is getting in the way of work etc and I feel like the painkillers aren't a solution. What would you suggest I do?

I have very sharp pain which is unbearable below the knee... This pain will be there immediately after I woke up.. and through out the day... when there is strain, I feel it more... I took antibiotics and had vitamin D check... Thyroid check... Everything is normal... Not sure what is the reason...consulted many doctors till now... Most of them suggested not  to walk etc..  though I followed all.. pain is not reduced...could anyone suggest please suggest the cause and remedy...

I am of 61 yrs old. Presently working on a ship. I have joined on ship seven days ago. There were thorough medical check up and no disorder noted. Infact when I came from home I was absolutely alright. In last 3-4 days I found sowelling of my foot from the anclet joint.This swelling occurs after walking for 30 minutes with plenty ups and down through steps and it remain for the night with mild pain. When I wolke up in the morning I find 90%of swelling had reduced. Please help & suggest medicine.

The orthro surgeon on seeing my mother's spinal and leg x-rays suggested for the above injection 6 monthly considering her bone condition and recent spinal hairline fracture. Do we consider taking it. It costs about Rs 22000/- per shot. Please advise
