Bone & Muscle problems

After three months back I was falling down..my leg twist and it took whole body weight.. I have x Ray report but there is nothing.. according to the report everything is fine.. but it still paining.. I consulted with orthopedic he stay with bendage and rest and give some medicine... but it's not working

Hi sir, Few days back sudden swelling and pain occurs in my foot due to over wearing of shoes. I consult with doctor and know from him that my uric acid increased to level 7.I am taking medicine for controlling it and also taking medicine to reduce swelling and pain since last 15 days But it still not fully recoverable. Kindly suggest me.

Acute pain over planter surface(ball of big toe) from last 2days. Spot got swelled. Occurs after removing shoes coming from office.

I m practising kunfu. During slapping technique . I got an injury at 2nd interphalangeal joint of ring finger of right hand. I have pain on applying pressure at that joint. I had somewhat swollen also. Having red and blue color at that joint . After 12 hours the color comes back to normal colour. But I still have pain and a feeling of numbness in that finger. Can you please tell me what to do for this.

I am having fracture in my fifth metatarsal. And had wire surgery before 1 month. I want to know that how much time is required to heal completely. And from when I do my regular activity? I am planning to move to another country may I move ? If yes than when can I move ?
