I had a buckle fracture near my wrist few years ago. The cast was eventually removed but the pain still persists till now. I consulted an orthopedist yesterday. The doctor said that he doesn't find any traces of a fracture. But, the pain still persists. Could you please tell me what it can be?

I can't write, hold any thing, in X Ray cmc ligament is worn, so I was advised tab glucosamine, cap. Gatocerin-50. I am taking it for the last 5 months but my situation is deteriorated. Then I have been told that only surgery is the alternative.
