Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, Actually I have injured my knee while playing badminton. First I didn't go to any doctor and just used volini and knee cap . Now I am not able to run or play any sport and whenever I place my leg wrongly it get twisted from the knee and gets swelled. Please advice me what to do .

He fell in the beach and kindf twisted leg on Feb 3rd. Then when consulted doc, he told x-ray and told cold pack for 3 weeks .. then hot pack. 2nd week physiotherapy was done. The radiation one. Yesterday another doc told to do MRI and attached is the report. Please suggest. There is a little swelling in the knee.. and he limps a little while walking. Below the knee cap there is pain he says. Any surgery required? If so, what kind? Thanks.

Hi this is pradeep in my spine area necrotising granulomatous inflammation found at l4 l5 region after make a MRI and now I am taking akt 4 as suggested my consulted doctor. MY QUESTION IS THIS CORRECT TREATMENT FOR ABOVE DISEASE?

I have extreme pain in ankle. This happens all the time. It is worse after sleeping. It is almost impossible to walk after waking up. Also it has been happening since a long time. I decided to consult when a freind told me that this is abnormal. Which type of doctor should I consult, pyhsiotherapist or an orthopedic or someone else.

Hi my mother is facing severe calf muscle and heel  pain  for past 20 years ( it's similar to pain someone would feel after doing labour work). Pain increases during nights. It seams like hereditary because even my grand father and myself (not frequent) are having same issue. She would feel releaved after having oil massage for legs but sometimes need to do for an hour with more pressure. Other think we have observed is when ever she takes food with more masala,non veg and other similar items , pain definitely increases. Some doctor's said that reason can be the removal of uterus at early age (22), but no one has given solution for the issue. Please help me on finding the right doctor and solution.
