Swelling on right shoulder
My right shoulder area, front, back and right side of neck is swollen from last 6-7 days and due to which my hands cannot from a firm grip. Ankle swelling
My ankle swells up when I take any hard hits. I play football and when I receive the ball using the inside of my foot, it pains and feels numb for few seconds. I apply IODEX and also wear ankle support for swelling to reduce. I do not experience any pain until I take a hit in my ankle.
