Painful Elbow
I am a gymnast and did a standing back handspring. When I put my arms on the ground, I heard a pop/crack (it sounded like cracking your knuckles) in my elbow and it hurt immeadiately once I landed. I iced my elbow immeadiately. After 24 hours, there’s been one small bruise and no swelling or redness. It hurts a lot when i fully extend my elbow or go to touch my shoulder. I can move it, but it’s painful. It only hurts to touch on the bottom side of my elbow closer to my shoulder.

There is an acute injury so continue using ice thrice a day for 10-15min. Give rest to the painful part/joint. Avoid too much movement.better to support it. If still the issue is same then visit to the doctor n get done examination of elbow joint.
