I am 37 year old male and i have bowlegs, when i was kid at that times mu legs were ok but as time passes they become bow and my parents never concerned about this and i realised it very late. Now i want to correct them with or without surgeory ? whether options are available at India. from months in my one leg knee , not in whole knee but outward portion of knee pain sometimes where as in other leg there is no pain in knee. kindly suggests if any possibility with any risk of harm to body .

Progressive bow legs at this age needs to be evaluated both radiological and blood tests.... depending on the location and amount of bow present, surgery or conservative treatment is decided.. don’t delay, visit an orthopaedician
