My mom is suffering from cervical spondylitis ..from past few days she feel giddiness..while walking and in lay down position also..she is taken vertin 16 fr that...but no relief..plz suggest what to do...is traction is required???

After waking in morning, continuous back cramps and pain which is unbearable and lasts about 1 hour plz help

I got my x-ray report yesterday from district hospital i want to confirm is there any fracture in my report or not?

Coronal images of the hip and sacro-iliac joints reveals: Abnormal marrow signal intensity involving posterior and superior left acetabulum. Osteolysis with cortical erosion is also noted with fairly well-defined abnormal soft tissue incontinuity in the gluteal region, predominantly in gluteus minimus muscle, suggestive of abscess / granulation tissue. It abuts the pyriformis muscle. Medially it extends upto the sciatic foramen abutting the sciatic nerve. Findings most likely suggestive of infective etiology like Koch’s. Suggest: clinico laboratory correlation. can anyone guide what I need to do after this MRI REPORT, and what actually happened with me, nd Do I need a surgery or not?

I am unable to get up in morning, my legs and hand pain feel fatigue 20 days back I went to doctor and after blood test RA ( Rheumatoid arthritis) was detected. I was unaware what it is and completely shocked. I still have problem getting up in morning. And complete my daily task. What to do? I can't quit my job.
