Knee pain in both legs
I feel some sensations in my knee and some pain. I had some issue after excessive running 2 years back. This pain has never completely gone and I was told by the doctor that it night be cartilage issue.
I am starting physiotherapy. Do u suggest to take some ultround therapy?
Is it a possibility that the cartilage has permanently damaged?

Redo ACL reconstruction
I had an ACL reconstruction done in 2015 due to a sport injury. After like 2 years, I started playing games again. And from a month, I have pain in knee when I do squatting and putting too much pressure on knee. Recent MRI scans results are attached here. Please advice me what to do.
