I m having pain in my hand 4th and 5th finger till my elbow , on my leg on 4th and 5th finger.i have visited a neurologist and he advised me mri of spine .my report shows " mr features of l.s spine reveal early loss if hydration of disk between l4-5& l5-s1 with posterolateral focal annular tear at l4-5,broad base disk herniation at l4-5 & ls-s1 compression the theca and bilateral nerve root impingement with foramina encroachment.t2 sagittal screening of whole spine as detailed". Please help me what to do now ?

IAM going to gym after 1months chicken pox I started slowly doing pull ups and push up then started slowly excersie then I had stretching full body that groin stretching aslo done after that groin pain camed feeling like pulled when IAM sitting down mlid pain is there and when leg raises pain is there

Heel of one foot  stiff and painful while walking in morning or when stationary for sometime . Have tried stretching, icing and wearing proper footwear. Pl advice how to recover. Uric acid, sugar all in normal range.

Good morning Sir/Mam. My mother has been suffering from 6-8 months, a continuous pain around the back side of knee. I've used ice pack which really was effective and the pain has dropped to certain extent. I've shared a picture in which it shows the veins popping out like anything.

My son 2yrs 11 months, his left hand elbow got injured on thursday night after falling down from 2 feet height table. He had little swelling on elbow. We visit pediatric as per his suggestion we waited for 3 days still swelling is not reduced. So we done xray. Currently he is on IMOL Syrup 5ml 3 times. He is playing normally and not complaining pain but i can see he is not able to put pressure on his left hand. Please suggest me what to do.

Partial tear of anterior and posterior talofibular ligament,mild fluid ankle joint and edema all ankle

I am 64 years old female. I am giving brief report of my MRI report on 2nd November 2017 .1.osteophytosis seen in c3 to c7 verterbral body.2.cervical Spondylolysis with compressive myelopathy in c4 c5 for which I underwent surgery on 7th Nov ( discectomy ) 3.Diffuse bulge is seen L4-L5 and L5-S1. 4.Broad based posterior disc bulge is seen in c6-c7 level. Regularly I am doing exercises taught by physiotherapist but I am experiencing dizziness and unable to walk properly. Only for 15 minutes I walk for that also I don't feel comfortable. What should I do to overcome feel better for rest of my life. I don't want surgery again.

Having back pain due to injury. From one year. Whenever I lift something I doesn't feel any pain but after sometime pain start.

Recently I found my collar bone is not symmetrical. SC joint on my left side is moved inwards. I could feel it when I touch . Right is outwards and left is inwards.. no pain so far.
