Bone & Muscle problems

Hello During my kickboxing class, I had a minor knee twist and there feels like a muscle pull and swelling at the back of my knee...the pain is more aggravated in stretching or straightening the leg. Please advise Many thanks

I had knee dislocation and grade 2 ligament tear 10 months ago. But still have pain. Any medicine you recommend? Can I take Himalaya hadjod or shallaki?

I met with accident. There is swelling in my wrist and local doctor said there is a hair crack and other doctor is saying there is nothing...just pain. After 5 days I am unable to move my hand. If I move it also there is severe pain.

Feeling pain On right hand. Before a month the finger tip of the thump started paining which i thought due to the use of mobile and typing through the single finger ie thump. Then the ankle started paining after few days then the shoulder. Now from the thump to soldier its paining. Pain Feeling like as if a nerve been streched or anything like that. Reduced the use of mobile. The problem also reduced. But when ever using mobile or writing through pen or doing anything in right hand, after 5/10 min the thumb and arm both pains. Also the hand portion from ankle to palm. Please suggest what to do sir?
