Bone & Muscle problems

I have back  ache from past few months as I am riding bike daily to work which is 60km up and down from my home.

I have pain in my left toe due to ingrown toenail. It was not paining since begging and i had taken few medicine after consulting dermatologist which had helped me. But since two days the pain started. I am confused if i should visit dermatologist again or orthopaedic or surgeon?

I took ibugesic plus on sunday as I was getting neck pain,back pain and hand pain..I took it on Sunday night once and secnd on monday morning..is there any side effects of taking dis medicine?

I have pain in left hand and upper back with neck pain .. done with cervical spine x-ray reports came return loss of lordosis due to muscle spasm .. taking dynapar tab but still pain is same

Maine  right knee Mai ACL tear ke liye last year may Mai surgery karayi thi ..Feb tak exercise ki ..but last 4months se exsercise Ni kar Raha hu ...dono pair Mai Kari difference lagta hai.. please suggest some excercise . And how much time  it takes to completely gain the pre surgery position.

Ankle pain due to sprained ankle. Paining while turning foot onto right side. Please give me some advice on this

My daughter has been suffering from generalized Osteopenia. D5 hemivertebra is seen in x-ray.mild scoliosis is seen in the upper / mid dorsal spine with convexity towards right side is there in x-ray report.she is also suffering from hypothyroidism since 5 years.she had some breathing problem two years ago.

Pain in accidental left leg having insert since 2003. I already had 2 course of antibiotics I. E agumentin.

I suffer leg cramps in the morning or while wearing shoes.My toe gets contracted towards my foot Fingers..Its been happening for last 4 days.Kindly help

I had a orif trimalleolar ankle surgery 2 months back. Last Saturday my doctor told me to put 90% weight. So keeping my full foot on the floor, i started walking with the help of walker. From past 4 days, i am feeling a clicking noise in my same ankle but it doesn't give any pain. Till now it was only while walk i use to get this sound but now even while ankle rotation i am getting this clicking feeling. Is this normal, if yes what is this clicking sound and will it go away in future once ankle has recovered? And ideally how should i put only 90% weight? I get slight pain when there is no ankle movement.
