My ankle and area below the knee starts paining if I walk bare foot aur stand bare foot for sometimes. It started when I came from a trek last June. Please suggest.

Its been 2 days since the long leg cast was removed (Right Knee Fracture). Weight bearing has been started and a splint is being used to avoid pressure on the knee joint. There is significant swelling near the ankle after 2 days of walking. Is this normal ? How to manage the swelling?

Slight pain in the lower back on left side stretching from end of rib cage to bums. The pain is sharp and occurs when strained or in awkward position. Sometimes it occurs while walking causing a change a posture
