Hi doctor I want to increase my height to 6ft I am currently 5'9" and I am 35 years of age I  was advised growth on powder can you please tell me if there is any side effect on these powder. Few people got results from growth on powder at the same age. Please advise your personal opinion and also about the powder. Thank you.

These kind of powders are very harmful as far as I know I strongly recommend not to use such kind of powders
