Hi sir ,I'm suffering right leg knee pain when I was seated on the floor for 15 to 20 minutes and when I was walked more than 6 to 7 kilometers continues it's come pain. Can please tell me any natural  treatment or anything else .

Hi i m 28 yrs female.. i suddenly suffering pain In my leg .. dr says its gout.. but my uric acid is 4.8 And all kidney functions are normal.. creatine is 0.69 Urea is 17 So is that serious? Gout is recoverable disease? Plz guide me i m very tense

Hi, I am experiencing neck, shoulder and arm pain for 3-4 days. I applied moov and got little relieved but not completely. Upper and middle spine areas are tender to touch. When I press a a few upper areas of my back, it hurts like they are bruised, even pressing my upper spine hurts. It looks like my back is bruised that's why it's causing pain. I've been sleeping very poorly for a few days and continually working for 9 hours in my office. What could be the problem? Should I consult an Ortho? Please help.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and recently got complete tear in acl of right knee . Doctor suggested to go for surgery. But any other way to avoid surgery or postponing the surgery is possible??? .can I go for physio therapy for time being??. And how to control arthritis. Pls advice

I had met with an accident on 14th may 2019 my left collarbone has been broken into two pieces and left scapula is fractured. After 12 days doc did another x Ray and advised for surgery. I consulted to another very experienced doctor and he told that it will heal by itself in 6 weeks. M undergoing medical treatment with calcium rich diet. I am attaching x Ray of 14th and 26 may. Pls advice wether it will require surgery or will heal itself. Also if it will heal itself then will there be any problem to me throughout my life. Another x Ray will be done on 24th June. Thanks. Yesterday my baby girl born but doctor says she has little rh foot in toe bent. She says orthopedic check and says anything sometimes it it okk with normal massage... Please suggest something

I am having lower back pain from last 10 days visited orthopaedic centre and seems not working with tablet, it's not in braiable pain but still I can feel some thing is wrong, started doing excercise for lower back from last 2 days , Any advice or suggestions please Thanks
