Clinical findings of the patient are more important than MRI report How much pain does the patient have? Is there radiation to the legs? Is there any weakness in lower limbs? Is there any problem in urinating or passing stool?? In either case you should take a skeletal muscle relaxant like Mobizox twice a day and take rest Don’t bend forward and don’t lift heavy objects
