I am experiencing pain in my lower legs while i do running.Also i feel that whenever i lift weights my body gives up after 4-5 count. Also sometimes after exercising my body starts feeling too tired and i suddenly feel a low fever and i feel cold but after 2-3 hrs i feel normal. I read somewhere that lack of vitamin d might be a reason for this.What do you have
to say???
