Having pain and swelling in foot it is pricking pain which is on and off.it is there since 4years Taken many medical advice but no permanent cure .fed up of pain and swelling . FINDINGS: There is straightening of lumbar curvature likely due to muscle spasm. Visualized vertebral bodies are normal in height and marrow signal intensity. Disc desiccative changes are seen at multiple levels in form of loss of T2W hyperintense signal intensity of peripheral part of nucleus pulposus. Mild posterior disc bulges with posterior annular tear are seen at L3-4 and L4-5 levels leading to mild indentation over thecal sac and mild compression over bilateral traversing nerve roots
