Bone & Muscle problems

I have bilateral Sacrolitis (done mri)..I have pain near my hip area.I have done some extra blood test.And myC reactive protein was bit high..my fatherhas spondytise hlab+ive Basically it started before 3-4 months back.it was severe initially but it has come down(and it's less now..but not going to completely) after doing some massage and homeopathic medicine but I had left medicine before 1.5 months back only.After doing consultation with Dr he suggested me for indocap Sr 75(7 days)and some gastric + calcuim supplement as described in medication.section.aftrr 1 week caurse of NSAID I was planning to go with some ayurvedic treat,Now my problem is I am having headche(previously I used to get haed ache after my periods.then after taking some beetroot it used to go off and this is case I have not faced recently from 6 months)...this time I have even not got my periods..it has 4 days delay ..I have got periods previously also with delay.But problem here is with headache... Please help me.

I have a both leg pains..the pain is especially in thigh area and calf area and there is a tingling sensation in my leg fingers and also I feel pain in my heels also.. especially I'm getting more pain when I'm in active or when I'm laying on bed..some times I feel tingling sensation on my hand fingers also..

It's been 6 weeks that my toe my operated with kwire to fix the bone fracture & the kwire is still not removed. I am getting pain in this area since yesterday, is this because of infection? If so how serious is this infection & can I visit the doctor who operated after a day or two.

35,70 kg male recently started gym 40 days ago and frequently playing cricket on week ends my upper thigh muscle left leg is paining every time I bowl from last 1 month next it settle down but when do some leg exercise it pains. Recently my wrist started paining at joint not every time but when make some specific movements. Is there a medical aid to stop further muscle tears and continue my activities. I am doing only moderate level workouts.

Have a slight and continuous pain in my right hand wrist joint at the back. The pain comes and go away and is not constant. I feel an extra gap near the joint as compared to my other hand.
