Lower Back Pain
I'm facing lower back pain since 2 weeks which has radiated till the back part of the thigh (hamstring). What are the exercises which can be done so as to relieve this pain?

Exercise wont relieve ur pain , they might infact aggravate it. Take rest , painkillers,  after pain reduces, u can start with back strengthening exercises.

Ideally exercises should be avoided if you have back pain which is radiating Please take muscle relaxants and get fine Then start with back extension and core strengthening exercises
