I am suffering from shoulder pain and neck pain on both side and along with that numbness/tingling in hands and legs. Sometimes shoulder pain is not there but numbness is there in hands nd legs.. Kindly advise.

Wer exactly is the numbness ? Looking at your symptoms ,looks like u need to consult a orthopaedician , for any nerve compression. For now ,, avoid bending ur neck for long time ,  Use a small pillow , and give hot water gentle massage.
