Hi, Your ankle pain appears to be due to ligament injury. But the finger pain needs proper evaluation, if there is no history of any trauma, of excessive pull/ push. Please specify if there is any swelling also present, and if it is most painful in the morning?

Get an x-ray of your ankle first and if you can't find any old fracture s often it can be ligamentous injury which may need MRI scan. Send a picture of your finger normally we can predict what's happening by clinical photograph of hand
