Post acl surgery
It has been 9 month of acl surgery...I can't walk normally...muscle size also low compare to non op leg...some my leg fell Buckling

Not necessarily insufficient ACL but lack of compliance with physiotherapy as well. Get an assessment by physiotherapist and if neede a repeat MRI scan and that will be the way to go forward

Your acl appears to be lax or not properly tensioned. Buckling, loss of muscle tone and girth, difficulty in walking are all signs of a ineffective acl.
