Every morning i got stiffness in my back ( just below the chest area but in backside in left side of the back). It's painfull sometimes. I do excercise every day.

Do good strengthening in early morning, can do some stretching in bed before getting out of bed , take hat water shower or apply Hot water bag for 5-10 minuets
