Knee pain since 7 days . Not releived with medication . I took vovern once a day for 5 days and volini gel

My Father has been walking on upstairs since 3 days on barefoot and today he reported a knee pain and knee swelling...he has taken dolo to subside from the pain and cool pack to reduce the swelling...but is there anything that he can do to reduce the pain and swelling!! Please suggest...Thank you in advance!!

For quite few time, I am experiencing Pain below the knee, Leg area. I am in profession where I have to stand for 5-6 hour a day. This problem wasn't there a month ago. I was ill during past month, after recovery this problem has started. The pain is always there all the time.

Which x ray or any other diagnose will help to know whether i have tilt pelvic or tiltness in one of the leg.

I am suffering from back pain from last one year, I haven't consult about this on regularly. Now pain is constantly increasing because of the sitting job & due to current work from home posture. I need your help to suggest what exactly the problem is and how to fix this pain.

I have done MRI scan, one year ago on my right knee and found major Torn meniscus. I have not done any operation for that and if I walk fast a slight pain in my right knee. How to overcome this?
