Last 6 month heavy back pain,I can't stand straight & I can't sit floar, walk in this issue how to recover

I have stinging shoulder pain for last 2-3 days. There is no visible swelling and I don't remember any injury. Sometimes when I do regular work, the stinging pain goes till the neck. The pain subsides temporarily when I apply volini gel or put a heating pad. But then after some time, pain emerges again. Please prescribe.

My father age 48 having pain in his both upper arms. The pain started above 3 months ago, gradually it is increasing. Constructed doctor and have many test like uric acid, thyroid, kidney, x-ray of both the arms but all reports were normal. My dad is having frozen right shoulder and facing difficulty moving his arm in 360 degrees around ball and socket joint of shoulder. There's pain when arms are moved after a certain point but there's less to no pain at rest generally. Suggest medicine for frozen shoulder.

Having severe and excruciating lower back p,Yesterday I took digital xray, and diagnosed with degeneration in the hip joint area and there was no lubrication fluid in between the bone discs. Tablets for treatment is. Trypsin Bromelain. Rutoside. Methylcobalamin. Pregabalin. Acelofenac. Paracetamol. Will these tablets affect the kidney and BPH, if so any alternate. Please guide me.

Knee and spinal chord pain .now he can't walk. His left leg can't moveable. He takes tonact tg, amlodipin

Hi Doctor, This is Vikalp. Doctor I am suffering from knee pain. It's has been more than 3 years. In 2016 i was preparing for some arm forces physical exams. One day while running, i started feel a little irritation in my knee but i ignored that and participated in a 100 mtr race. After that race my knee started hurting a lot. I have consulted to doctors. They told me that due to overuse of your knee there is a swelling in your patella. They injected some kind of fluid inside my knee. That thing reduced my pain for some time but my knee started hurting again. Please suggest me what should i do so that i can go back to my normal life. I feel pain even when I walk or do daily life works. Intensity of pain increases a lot when i run or do excercise.

From a week pain in knee during running after rest feel better also no pain during walking how to fix this issue please help... thank u
