मेरा कमर बहुत दिनों से pain करता है जैसे जब बैठता हूँ और उड़ता हूँ तो कमर सीधा होने मे टाइम लगता है. क्या मुझे डॉक्टर से संपर्क करना चाहिए? या कोई एक्सरसाइज करने से या कोई oil से मसाज करने से ठीक हो सकती है

I have started having bone pain in both the legs but the pain is in the side of the legs only  my bone make click sound i have vitaminD 12 and calcium deficiency... Is it because of that.. Sometimes i have pain in my hip bone also

When I use my mobile while in sleeping position with one hand raised holding mobile for 10-15 minutes I get numbness in the hand in which I am holding the mobile. Also if I keep my hands raised up for some time then I feel numbness in hand or fingers. Some times when I am sleeping at night & if I keep my hand upwards above the head then also I feel numbness in both hands & is not able to move my hand for few minutes till blood circulation flows. Facing this issue for almost two years. Is this normal? Could it be  blood circulation  issue? Is it also related to volume of blood in body? What could be the reason for such issue? How do I cure it any exercises recommended. Rest my CBC report is normal, no dibetis, no major health issue

We did 6 week radiation therapy for stage 1 vocal carcinoma. Doctor asks to do chemotherapy once in a month for next 8 months. Does it really required to do chemo for stage 1 cancer? Will it cause any issues?
