  4. Toes pain and frontal feet pain. Reason?

Toes pain and frontal feet pain
I am 34 year old male ,i having daily pain in all the toes and front portion of feet .no pain on soles or heels. Pain mostly pain in right side only pain triggered by standing for longer time .feeling of always keep massaging the toes which gives relief. What could be the reason?

Hello Practo User, Try changing your footwear. Use soft soled and padded shoes, avoid standing for a long time and avoid climbing stairs.
