Suffering from spondylytis. Doctor adviced ust. Is ust helpful for spondylytis. Do you suggest appropriate method .

Recently i have consulted a doctor and he made a scanning for my both knees and he concluded that the synovial fluid has decreased in my knee joints

She is suffering from back pain since 2 years and the pain rediates from left lower to upper upto shoulder and it increases whenever she gets strain and she feels pain below the skin as she feels pain when applying gel also. We took x-ray, blood tests, bone density test and MRI and all looks normal and she used so many vitamin, calcium and other prescribed tablets but no use. She also tried, Ayurvedic medicine and massage treatment but nothing helped. On top of this, 1 yr ago she got foot sprain due to twisting and all tests (X-ray and CT) looks normal but pain not coming down completely but exercises helped little. Recently, she got hand palm pain as she hit the wall while slipping on stairs, which is also not going. We met so many doctors but not much improvement. Please advise.

Low back pain and.                                                                                        osteoarthritis since 2 yrs ago

My mil is a diabetic and a stroke patient. Currently she has been having lot of pain in her calves due to varicose veins. As suggested by a physician we got a dopler scan done and attached are her reports. Can a doctor suggest what should be the next step of medicines, further tests or specialist consultation. Thanks.

I had vit d deficiency,was having  3ng/ml . orthopedic doc prescribed uprise d3 6l injection for 5 weeks and ccm tablet daily for 3 months . Now my vit d level is 133ng/ml. I'm not able to contact the doctor that prescribed the tablet. What do I do. How to lower the vit d level pls help Should I stop eating curd and milk ???
