NECK PAIN WHEN READING OR ON LAPTOP
When I look at particular direction for a longer time or read a book by looking down on table then my neck starts to pain and I have to lie on bed to give my head and neck some rest. Even if I am at my laptop, it starts to pain and sometimes I get a feeling of nausea as well on on laptop then I have to go to my bed to give my head and neck some support. It's affecting my daily life activities. And I get a crackling sound when I turn my neck to get some relief. Please give me some solution. Thank you!

Hello Practo User, This is due to a wrong posture leading to pressure on your neck nerves. Don't bend your neck forwards. Take frequent breaks. Don't sit for more than 30 minutes at a stretch. Correct your posture.
Next Steps
If ther is no relief after taking precautions as well, you can consult me online. Regards.
