Hi, I was trying to do surya namaskar and I realised pain in my thumb, and after that I notice whenever I put pressure on my hand I feel pain in hand, what can be reason of it, I have attached photo where I exactly experience pain

I am having needle pin and burning sensation all over body.from my nect to toe. I am having back pain from last 3 months. have started doing physiotherapy.but niddle pin burning sensatiin is not going. Pls tell me is this related to back pain and ehy it is not going.I am attaching my d3, b12, and back xray report.

Can we do excercises like surya namaskar while on monthly periods? Also can you suggest some exercises for regular periods

We have done x -ray for sever pain in shoulder. Attached x-ray copy for reference. Also we have been asked for MRI scanning. I would like to know what x-ray report says.. Please help

I'm a little worried and no proper sleep from 2 days Basically I did a blood test about 3 months back and I was VITAMIN D deficient (3.9ng/ml). Hence I was on calcium supplements for 2 months. 1 week back I checked my VITAMIN D level and it was 133ng/ml very high vit d level. I didn't get a calcium test done. Since my vit d level is high, assuming my calcium level is also high. Can I have bone loss due to too much calcium??? However from few days I'm experiencing mild pain in my hip, lower spine and in my wrist. Sometimes I experience pain in my shoulder joints . Am I having osteoporosis at this age? What must be the reason for my pains near joints ??

We did test for this purpose and are attaching files accordingly. Xray is also taken which shows no injury as per hones and ligaments. She is on a bed rest from 4-5 days. Please help

I am suffering from calf pain for more than 30 years. It goes ups and down. Sometimes very severe. I have consulted MD Medicine, Neuro physician and orthopaedician also but problem not resolved permanently. Yes after taking the injection 5 to 10 of Methycobal, a lot of relief felt. Pl guide
