Bone & Muscle problems

During sleep at night, lower leg muscle pain occurs, this problem is from so many years. Night cramp, muscle pain, I don't know what it is.. But I am not able to sleep. Sometimes, I have to tie clothes or duppataa in leg. Then relax for that time.

Always second half or early morning sleep is disrupted due to back pain. Lower back pain is a lot. Mostly seating Job

My father is suffering from lower back pain and MRI report shows l4/l5 stenosis.Doctor advised that he may need to take Lumbar epidural injection. Does it cure the pain completely and what is side effect of it. Should he go for that injection. What is ur take on it? Please advice.

My doughter have swelling in the feet for 20 days, using iodex and putting feet in warm water but it is not improving,2 year back also same pproblem happened and that time it got recovered,

Hello, recently while getting up from floor after his puja my father had an felt a pain in his lower right back which he thought will be ok soon but its been 6-7 days pain is still there specially when he is sitting on sofa in upright position or getting up , he is also feeling pain if he is putting pressure on his right leg , due to this he is unable to walk properly and it looks like his waist has bended when he is walking, kindly advise some remedy for this

I am facing a lot off pain in my ankle bottom for more than 15 days. When I walk after a sit, it becomes difficult.
