Sir/Mam..it is 6 months over having acl and meniscus surgery in my right knee..it is not severe that i had screws in my knee...but torn part was removed and rest of it was sewn...i am able to walk normal but feeling pain while running and while getting onto steps...i have become overweight and getting other gynaeic health issues and doctor advised me to go for gym...can i go to the gym now...can i do threadmill running

Hi doctor, I was tested positive on 13th Aug. I was asymptomatic although I had loss of smell and taste and poor appetite cos I was staying at Quarantine center and I didn't like the food. I was discharged on my 6th day which is on 18th August. But now on 27th August since I have been discharged I've been experiencing weakness in the form of pain on my upper back and right shoulder. I had done suryanamaskar asanas and I'm guessing its because of that. My back muscles hurts on the sides after I do Pranayama as well. Is it normal? I have been having Vitamin C & Multi vitamin tablet, In 14 days I've taken vitamin D3 twice. Is it due to having multi vitamin?

Hii Doctor, My right leg was sprained during playing football 6 months ago. I felt light sprain is there. But while playing and often he sprained again.Then there was no cure for anything during lockdown.Now I have knee MRI Whose report has my ACL Tear Grade 3rd Level. Can you tell me, can my leg be ok without surgery? And if it can 't be without surgery, how much can it cost in surgery? and I am a CGHS Card holder so Tell me the panelled hospital also Thanks your regard
