Hi, I met an accident in kitchen while working a heavy pot fall on my left foot and it got swollen and paining badly while walking have attached image here can someone plz check and let me know is it a fracture or just a swelling? Also suggest some cure since its so painful. Thanks!

Hello sir My pinky toe broken on 30-6-2020 .i hit the floor with my right leg . I went to doctor . Doctor took an x-ray and tapped with another finger gave pain killers and calcium tabs for 15 days. Now the problem is my right leg  is swelling at toe surroundings and facing Little bit pain . I am applying ice twice a day  and heated salt . But why swelling happening to the leg. Will it make any problem? How many days this swelling will be there? Actually I am taking rest but when started sitting and walking for few minutes leg starting swelling? Is applying ice and heated salt good idea or not If yes how many times can I apply sir? Thanks in advance.

Hi Dr I am having sever back pain these days due to overweight. I had 2 CSection deliveries in Oct 2019 and jan 2017. I have started doing some physical exercise and walking. Am getting pain from lower spin and shooting into knees. Am sensing that my sitting poster needs to be corrected. Am a s/w engg who sit for long hours. Can i use waist belt which we use after delivery for giving support to back. Plz recommend any correct belt that is helpful for me

After getting up in the morning from sleep, I have pain in my upper body. Sometimes shoulders or chest. If I read a book lying on my tummy I get chest pain after sometime.

There is discomfort while standing up and sitting down.. my lower back pains when I try to stand up from sitting position. And same happens when I am lying down n I try to change my side.. is it because I sleep on floor and not on bed ?

I am over weight and would like tk begin cycling to loose weight. Have a history of dislocating my dominant shoulder 8 times and fi ally in Jan 2019 did a surgery to fix it. Can you suggest the factors or specifications that I should look out while I buy a bicycle that would yeild low strain on my shoulders? Like full suspension and jandel distance or height.. ?

My foot soles are paining I have done Uri acid and sugar levels test,both are normal. I'm sitting continuously for more than 8 Hours daily due to work from home,I think I'm not sure because of that.please help me in this regard.

Suffering from middle breastbone and right side upper chest pain... It increased after eating walking and numbness go to right side hand and palm.. Increase from the time I wake up and progress in day.. And decrease in night but I feel pressure in my upper back both side.. Bending body changing positions like sitting forward or bending or laying down or sitting in sofa then sitting Straight... I don't know what it is my ecg normal chest X-ray normal my chest ultrasound normal.. Uric acid is little high and my hb1 AC is 7.1..could you advise anything taking medicine from week not getting relief

I am polio patient with hand on thigh gate style , I used callipers for routine work outside home but for few years I have started facing problem while walking with hand on thigh walking styles , I have gain weight also , any solution for this or should I start using callipers in home also , as wearing callipers in 24/7 is difficult ?? Any treatment available ??
