Sir, I have been facing pain at the lower portion of backbone. I have been working out however the lower back pain has not recovered. Request to advise ointment/medicine for pain at lower portion of backbone. Kind regards Manish

My mother has been suffering from backpain and knee pain for previous,7 years. She cant bend and walk properly. Many people say its a slipdisk problem. She struggles very much to even walk in the home. Please suggest what we can do for her treatment.

Age 32 and weight 77 kgs. My case History:- I have Hymoptisis and mild lower back pain and hip pain when I walk and standing from 1st apriI. diagnosed :- with pulmonary tuberculosis by Bronchoscopy (Gienexpert BAL) in 4th july. Medication:- i m on medication Akurit-4(5 tablets) and half tablet benodon 40 mg.(thrice a week) From 2 months. Problem:- I fill lower back pain and Hip pain also Whenever I walk around 800mtr apprx. and standing for long time; So That time I Feel sit down..and now I feel burning/Numbness in hand/feet. Plz help me what is it.??? Or any thing to heal this problem plz advice.

Hello, 2 weeks back, due to over jogging my left knee got sprained. I consulted a doctor and took Zerodol sp for 15 days while applying volini gel and heat on the affected area. It has certainly reduced my severe pain and swelling. However, i m still not fully cured even after the medicine course is over. I still feel pain during walking and are not able to resume my daily activities. Please suggest.

There is pain in my left leg from around 1 year. The pain started from below outward side ankle area to outer side calf area to outer side knee. I have gone to many physiotherapist , orthopaedics ,physician in my city. My xray and blood reports are normal except deficiency of Vitamin D which is now resolved. What is the reason of such pain , any idea of pain? The pain sometimes increase or decrease but there is pain. My calf is also very little swollen

I have occasional back pain from 4 years .. occasional means 1 or 2 times in 2 months ..pain only in night ..md medicine doctor advised sonography to evaluate kidney stone .. sonography comes normal ..given some pain killers ..again problm starts ..then I consulted orthopedic ..he told to do x ray ..x ray come normal ..he told to exercise and yoga ..so what is the problem with my back . Anyone would explain please . Note ( pain lasts for roughly hour )

Due to Running for last 2 years he got pain for last 3 month's he searched in google it seems like a heel pad syndrome so that he suffering lot he need immediate treatment and diagnosis so suggest doctor and treatment

On day 10 after reapplying slab the doctor pulled the index finger and kept a gauze roll between the index finger and middle finger web space.also strapped the circumference of metacarpal by fine cut dynaplast. After that I was having pain on and off in that webspace. But yesterday night it was somewhat higher in intensity,I woke up due to pain. Is that any problem,may it(gauge in webspace) cause pressure sore,aI had slab for metacarpal fracture . Thanku

Hi, I have been experiencing constant pain in upper thigh front side, I am able to brisk walk 4 KMs, do squats and other exercises for 30 mins straight. However, the pain has increased over the last few days/weeks and it stays contant pinching pain in quadricep muscle irrespective if I am walking, Taking rest.. what it could be? I am worried...
