Hi, Recently I happen to ride Royal enfield motorcycle for 80kms during the ride I had taken several stops however while returning I got severe forearm pain till I reached home somehow managed to ride back, the pain was there for 2 days and was back to normal later with many short trips on motorcycle there was no pain untill recently while I was stretching my arms I started developing pain which still persists every now and then trying to overcome with volini for 2 times a day which has given big relief but if I stop and the pain recurres and sometimes I feel pain if I ride bike or try to lift and weights like mattress or other household work. What might be the cause and the measures to cure or treate the pain.

Left foot partial amputation following R.T.A. Skin grafting done, heel luminous light T.A. 24×7 Ankle pain. Hence, as my foot & ankle surgen advised weather to undergo Stump Refashioning or B.N. Amputation. Therefore, need an second expert advise.

A lot of times I've seen my leg starts paining fast. For example before Corona when people could visit crowded areas like malls etc,I would go shopping with someone .I walk for some time around the mall after which my leg starts paining and I want to sit down somewhere. Could this be due to me doing less exercise? I walk twice daily, but due to our Building gym being closed for now I was thinking to play badminton or something for an hour daily st least.

Got my MRI report in November 2019 because of lower back pain and after exercise and medication back pain got resolved but I'm worried about disc bulges in thoracic spine. Are there any chances of healing or they may progress into herniation?
