Tic Tic Sound From Legs While Walking - Past 2 Days I M Getting

Tic tic sound from legs while walking

Past 2 days i m getting tic tic sounds as soon as i start waking ,after few steps its stoping.fingers of hand and legs are aslo geting tic tic sound if i press them .but i have no pain in any place of leg and hand. sone cramps and rythemic shiver for 2 sec in legs are also observed ,i guess its calicum dificency.
