Should I ride a bike
So it's been 12weeks since my wrist fracture and 8weeks since my cast removal. I am able to do all my daily works and feel no pain in my wrist. Is it okay to ride a bike now.

Hello , Sure its fine to start riding bike , just for extra support u use a wrist band . Make sure u dont get enough jerks at ur wrist travelling . Continue your physiotherapy and take calcium tablets for strengthening the fractured bone . No need to worry

Hello Practo User, Yes .You can use your wrist to ride a back. It would have been better if you had mentioned right or left and posted an x-ray. However your right wrist may hurt a bit as you use the accelerator if your bike. Regards.
