Bone & Muscle problems

Last year I had a fracture in my right foot, the head of 3rd metatarsal got fractured. Also, it got displaced. I had a lot of soft tissue injury as well due to which my right foot appears larger in size as compared to left one. It looks like as if the bone has increased in size. It also hurts when I walk. The injury was so intense that I injured the knee part too. There was a swelling in knee. I used both hot and cold compression but there seems to be a band of tissue near knee which hurts and due to which I cannot do excessive movement. And the right leg also appears thinner below this band of tissue.

Please can any body explain about the level of spine I jury and which parts does that affect, mainly I want to know L2 - L3, L3 - L4 and which parts will be affected if L5 - S1 is injured, I have attached the MRI of my Spine, please help me to get a clear idea from my confusion. Thanks in Advance

I m under going feet pain specially when I wake up in the morning.undergoing herbal treatment for arthritis,cervical and weak nervous system.as per doctor blood circulation in my legs is not gud.i need to walk atleast one hours.i have backache and sometimes feel pain in my knees

I am fall from ladder in thursday evening my left leg ankle swell and pain badly after that i done x ray on friday which is attached can see this, is it sprain or fracture

On thursday evening i fall from ladder my left leg ankle swell and pain on this then after friday x ray was done and xray consultant say there is no fracture it is sprain now swelling is less and pain is also less but i am not able to walk. Xray is attached

Neck and shoulder pain since last 3.5 months and radiating pain towards right hand. Did 30-40 Physiotherapy sessions.

I am having body stiffness and joints pain from the last several months. I diagnosed it and came to know about deficiency of Vitamin D. I took the medication but still the joint pain and stiffness persist. I want to know the causes and medications for this. Please suggest accordance.

Doctor, i am suffering from morning backpain since long, in this i had back only when i wake up in morning after half an hour it goes off..i changed mattress also...i had taken cap nurokind plus for eight days...but no effect...due to corona issue i am unble to visit doctor. Hi, I have what I'm assuming restless leg syndrome, I keep having an irritating tingling feeling in my legs. The only relief I get is by constantly moving them or keeping them stretched. I've been having this issue for a while now. Any suggested treatment/therapy?

Since a week I'm having joint pain in my fingers(not all), wrist, elbow... Foot sole pains as i take my first step in the morning... No knee pain.. I work with system..typing a lot... But the pain is very recent... In the morning it's more painful... Then reduce by evening... I'm 162cm tall.. my weight is 68.. I have put on some weight recently... I prefer to hit the gym.. but is it safe with this pain?? Is it symptoms of any arthritis kind of problem... Is there any home remedy or exersize for this... I don't want to intake many medicine...the order of my pain was: 1) foot pain in the morning, especially heel 2) thumb joint pain.. then index and middle finger not hands 3) elbow 4) toes...🙁 I had joint pain when I was caught with viral fever 3years ago... Nothing after that. Note: no swelling or redness in joints
