Bone & Muscle problems

Due to the covid anti inflammatory drugs, my father developed side effects such as digestion issues, muscle pains and cramps at the back side of his body. Doctor gave us Trabest 37.5mg tablet for muscle pains.. does it have any additional side effects or will it really work to clear out cramps and pains..?? As of now almost 75% pains are reduced. However, Iam not sure whether the pains appear again after completing the entire dosage of Trabest. Please advise..!!

27 years female developing left knee pain particularly when sitting on the floor with folded legs and while walking after 1km or after climbing stairs it develops There is no swelling and redness just pain ( sometimes unbearable) Pls suggestions to get red of this pain

My mother's right ankle is swollen and she has severe pain in her leg. Unable to stand for long. She has fungal/bacterial infection in her leg just above to the ankle. Consulted general physician and he gave antibiotics for bacterial infection. It's been 5 days .still the swelling is not reduced and she is experiencing severe pain again. Please suggest. Thank you
