Hello Doctor.
I have a L5S1 slip disc with nerve touching on it. I am told not to sit long or bend. But can i stand long for 3 hour maximum? I do not have any pain for last 2 weeks?

If you do not have any pain in your legs or your back then its a good sign for you..
Just use lumbosacral (LS) belt for 1 more month..
Avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weight..
CONTACT immediately if pain increases or worsens.. It can be a dangerous sign..
