Can us see x ray of my left leg which is stressed due to fallen from ladder is there is fracture in this x ray

Had lower back and neck pain  few days ago. Took ultraset tab and applied volini gel. Backpain is gone but there is mild pain in right side of neck which goes till shoulder. Back has become very stiff.. Can't bend beckwards even a lillte which i was able to do few days ago. I hv been doing exercise since last month  at home ( sit ups and yoga etc) . More over a see my phone before sleeping for at least an hour in laying down position. What should be done now? Can i do ramdev back n neck exercise even if i hv pain.. Or should i wait for the pain to subside?

I have pain in back shoulder on right side after push ups done ,I can't able to sleep what to to do pain Is very mild only but it wake me up.

I have pain in my neck right side looks like some sprain. Feeling pain while moving heads to directions

Underwent MRI for right knee, h/o fall directly on the knee 4 months back, used to have full swelling around knee, now gradually subsided, unable to squat previously, now it's OK, what might be the required treatment for meniscal tear and ligament injury??will there be any problem as its written marrow edema? Is conservative treatment will suffice?

G.e doctor! My mother 48 yr ,post menopausal had left knee joint pain,severe in nature,sudden onset,no aggravating factors, relieved for sometimes on diclo oint,with tingling sensation radiating to thighs and legs,not related to amount of work,no morning stiffness. What to do next?
