Bone & Muscle problems

I have diagnosed with L4 -L5 posterior disc bulge intending mild thecal sac,and L5-S1 lateral bulge intending existing right L5 nerve. Doctor have suggested IFT therapie and excersises. can i cure my problem permanently by doing above? Right now am having serve back pain and slight numbness in right leg from past 7 days.  Can't stand or sit more than half hour, only laying down feels comfortable Please suggest me.

I am having Hip pain not everytime but sometime. Only right side hip is paining. If I will sit for half n hr I can't stand straight after that. What can I do to get rid of this pain.

Diffuse posterior bulge of L5-S1 disc with medium sized left paracentral protrusion, compressing left budding nerve root , indenting thecal sac and encroaching bilateral neural foramina.. Doctor says surgery is the only option but i don't want any type of surgery ... Please tell me the alternate option

I'm 23 YO. I have bow legs . My knees are 13 cm apart while standing. Doctor has recommended me to undergo high tibial osteotomy for both my legs. I'm just worried about intense pain after the surgery and recovery time. Can anyone help me after how many days I'll be able to get back to normal? And for how many days the pain will be very intense ? For How many months should I take leave from office ?

My little finger of left hand feels very stiff in the Morning, it pains when I bend it.I also feel that it gets locked at the joints. However when the fingers are wet, I gets fine. Sir a am suffering from backpain on si joint since 8 month I have done mri x Ray ALB27 in February.ALB negative. Esi 46. MRI x find sacroiliatis in si joint I have treated 6 month multivitamin. Vit d3. Pain killer but nat relief in this month 1/8/20 I am going to suddenly serious condition my left leg not working due to pain I fill High fever.weakness. I admit in hospital Dr repeat MRI.x raye. They say to me I have bone TB on si joint. CBC.KFT.LFT.urine. is normal crp.esr increase. Ibam unable to talk medicine is not effect on me. MRI find. Push. Inflammation.like infection some erosion on bone pericapudular edema. What I can do sir.please suggest me. Sir I needed to biopsy???

My mom is not well from last 2 days any medicine her back is paining knee n legs are paining suggest us some medicines so that she can take medicine she is too active but not walking

I am having pain in my right rib and side which flares up on movement and seems to be tender to touch and feel like bloated. I have gone through all sorts of test like ultrasound, CT which shows no remark my Vit D was low so have taken arachitol inj for 4 week and been using vit d uprise .. but I see now improvement .. I have been suffering from almost 1 year visited more then 10 doctor but no one could figure out the problem

Hello doctor, i had surgery of broken tibia and inserted titanium plate and screw to fix it, but after 18 month one of my screw is visible now and sometimes blood also comes out but due to covid 19 my doctor cannot fix it, so what i should do now please advice
