Surgery won't be needed . Just get a CT scan done ..... Total 10 weeks of non weight bearing . Exercises can be started

The fracture is almost 4 weeks old now. Acetabulum fracture may take around 6 to 8 weeks for complete healing. The fracture appears undisplaced.. so it should heal without requiring surgery. How is the pain at present..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to continue rest for 2 to 3 weeks more.. You can start with exercises while lying down.. Hip flexion, abduction, adduction. Acetabulum fractures have a high chance of secondary osteoarthritis of hip joint. You will require physiotherapy for extended time to bring back the joint movements to normal..
Health Tips
Avoid standing or weight bearing for a long time.. continue calcium and vitamin d supplement..
