Heel and ankle pain
For the past few days am experiencing heel pain. I feel it sometimes and sometimes I don't feel it. It happens everyday since last one week. I kept my foot in hot water today, but i do not feel any relief. And now I also feel pain in the back side of the ankle.

Hello Practo User, There are two conditions that cause your problem: 1. Plantar fascitis 2.Retro calcaneal bursitis. Since you have not got any releif with home remedies, please consult a Orthopaedic doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
