I am 16 years old earlier I have done exercises including squatting and after that after some days there's a problem in my knee from many days there a crackling sound while walking and when sit and get up then also crackling sound and sometimes little pain too not able to move properly please tell me what's the problem and solution too...

I have vit d deficiency. Dr prescribed tricium plus tablet as it contains calcium, zinc,vit b12 also. My question is can I take that tricium Plus tablet in the night after food???

Right side chest pain which numb right palm in morning to afternoon and in night I feel pressure in middle back both side some night and some night only right side.... Pain go high and go down... Comes and go... Taking medicine but not getting much relief wanna know can it be thoracic outlet if it is then which mri or CT scan I needed to rule out... Kindly advise

My right leg little pinky toe was fractured when I hit my foot forcefully to the ground. I had consulted doctor he kept a strip with adjacent finger 10 days ago. But still I am facing pain and swelling some times when I move .Doctor advised me to take diclofinac , Calcium tabs for 15 days. And rest for 20 days. Can you tell me what happened to my finger will it be come to it's normal position. How much time it require? When should Doctor advises for the surgery? What is the cost of the surgery? What is the procedure for the surgery? I had attached my x ray pic . please tell me what should I do because I am getting fear in my mind when I see my finger Tq in advance
