Having mild lower back pain since one month while moving in forward direction, it started one day one i was playing cricket after long time, specially when i was batting and taking my guard on bending my spine in forward direction.

She is suffering from severe lower back pain. None of the pain killers worked. Can someone suggest what can be done for pain relief.

A diabetic patient with thyroid and heart problems. Feeling more pain in thigh. Undergone operation for thigh to remove swelling in bone(10 years ago). It is paining now. My name is krishna , age 23 , from last last 3days. At the place of joint of middle finger  got swollen. It is very pain full can not movie my hand  , as lock down is here in west bengal hospital is closed and No doc available , can u suggest any home remadies and medicine if possible. Thanks.

MRI REPORT :- 1.T1T2 hyperintensity noted in L4 vertebral body suggestive hemangioma 2.L3-4 diffuse disk bulge indenting the interior thecal sac with no nerve root indention 3.L4-5 diffuse disk bulge indenting the interior thecal sac with no nerve root indention 4.Spinal cord, conus medullaris, sub arachnoid space, cauda equina nerve root all are normal Problems :- 1. Lower back make noise everytime I bend forward, Pain in upper & mid back pain 2. After waking sometime in lower back it feels like bone getting broken & shifting Inside. 3. Such type of pain while lying on back & take deep breath it feels muscles contracting and feel pain on mid back mainly near liver. 4. Spine is tilting on the left/right side x ray attached, right shoulder alittle lower Want to know is there any complications as per reports, 1 can this spine curvature cured/ get back to normal, 2 please suggest medicines and exercise for this Or with whom I should consult for

I'm having heel pain from past 4 days I thought it might go on its own but the pain has been since then I experience pain as shown in the photo. I feel pain at the edge of the heel also. Couldn't attach more than 2 pics. Sometimes I feel I'm walking on some stone. when I wear flip flop very mild pain is there ,,when I leave it and walk barefoot I  experience pain . however I tried stretching the foot but no result and I have done oil massages also but no relief.  I wear a flat flip flop inside the house also. I have attached the pic of it as well. . is that the main reason for the pain??
