Helo doctor i hve pain in my right leg foot pain (ball of foot under my toes severe pain cnt walk properly i dnt knw y.. I dont hve heel pain.. Ma age 30 unmarried..! I didnt fall anywhr..suddenly pain occur..pls tel me wt shuld i do nw?? Physiotherapist or ortho doctr whm shuld i meet 1st? Any tablets for pain doctr? Pls help me..!

Get uric acid checked. Most of the times it is the culprit.

1. Take a bucket of hot water and one bucket of cold water. Dip both feet in hot water for 5 minutes, then in cold water for 5 minutes. Repeat this cycle for three times a day for 3 weeks. 2. Use soft sole foot wear and avoid barefoot walking. 3. Foot Stretching exercises as (Standing on toes count 10, then stand on heel and count 10).
