For examination of flat foot you should consult doctor in opd, or you can check with walking over floor with wet foot to look for obliteration of arches by looking at the impression made by it.
Next Steps
Use arch supporters which are easily available in surgical shops. Ask for medial arch supports or wedges to use it while using shoes or slippers. Stretching exercises will help in reducing of pain.

If the medial arch is touching the floor while standing, you have a flat foot. If you really have it, its not a serious problem.
Next Steps
Use medial arch support in your footwear

Consult a doctor if it is seriously bothering your lifestyle
