I have vitamin D deficiency of 3.20 ng/ml and need to know what medicine should I take. Also, I cannot go out to meet the doctor due to Covid 19 , so if you provide me such medicine which can be consumed without any consultation.

I am suffering with lower back pain for almost 15 days. Went to doctor visit. Taken X Ray and was told that there is no problem except a muscle has expanded. He gave medicine. I am used it. But, pain hasn't gone completely. Please help me in it.

Hi, My husband got complete ACL tear in right knee - 2 weeks before. What is the best time to do ACL reconstruction? 3 weeks or 6 weeks after tear.. And does surgery really required??

Hello Doctor, My husband has a right knee ACL tear, 2 weeks before. We are suggested for arthoscopy. But we are confused about the technology to be used. Some suggest all internal traditional Arthoscopy and others arthoscopy with fibre wire/thread. Please suggest advance technology. Age 31 year, weight 100 kg. Height 6.1 ft.

I have prescribed methotrexate 7.5mg /weekly along with folic acid for sero negative arthritis by my orthopedic doctor. For irregular periods my gynaecologist prescribed D3 60K / weekly and calcium every day. Is it fine to take both together? So many confusion after reading some articles. My father aged 77 yrs is facing pain in hip joint for past 2 months.. Though he has problem earlier than lockdown but manageable... He gets pain while lying on bed too and take pain killer sometimes... He takes bp tablets twice a day and sometimes complains Gas issues... He has started hot fomentation from 2 weeks and uses Volini for temporary relief Also started Vit D Sachets... Kindly suggest is this Ortho problem or rhumetiod problem...And what should he do for relief bcos due to Covid he does not go OUT...

My mother knee has swelling .and lot of pain .she can't fold her knee .she can't sit in Indian toilet . If she stands in kitchen for long time then knee starts paining and swells. She applies lot of ointment and Ice pack as well . She do some knee exercise also but nothing worked so far. She is slim trim. She had uterus removal 10 years back . Pls suggest if any health supplement or vitamin supplements can be continued .
